Dance & Movement
Children explore rhythms and simple dance steps inspired by the region of the day, from safari stomps to folk and traditional dances. Movement games develop coordination and confidence while keeping little ones active.
Creative Arts
Daily craft projects use age‑appropriate materials to encourage imagination and fine‑motor skills. Think painting regional flags, making lanterns, crafting safari animals or decorating colourful masks.
Montessori & Brain Games
Hands‑on learning stations invite children to sort shapes and colours, build castles or landmarks with blocks and explore nature‑inspired puzzles. Activities adapt in complexity for older campers.
Gymnastics & Outdoor Play
Short gymnastics sessions and obstacle courses help develop balance and strength. Outdoor play includes thematic adventures such as “safari explorations” or “gingerbread‑man tag,” encouraging imagination and social play.
World Discovery
Through stories, videos and discussions, campers learn about animals, landmarks, myths and festivals from each region. This introduces children to global diversity in an accessible way.
Swimming & Water Fun
Two supervised swimming sessions during the week offer water‑play opportunities (weather permitting). Non‑swimmers will enjoy water games on land.
Dress‑Up & Role‑Play
Fancy‑dress elements allow children to show off costumes related to the week’s themes. Parades and role‑play sessions encourage creative expression and boost self‑esteem.
Bake‑Sale & Market
On Friday afternoon, children display crafts and treats for a light‑hearted market, giving them a chance to share their creations with parents and practise early social skills
