Annual Payment: Parents/guardians can choose to pay the full annual tuition fee in advance. Variable discounts are offered for annual payments made by the specified deadline.

Term Payment: Tuition fees can be paid in three installments at the beginning of each term. Each installment is due by the dates outlined in the Plan description. Variable discounts are offered for term payments made specific deadline.

Monthly Payment: Monthly payment plans are available. Payments are due 3 days before the start of each payable calendar month.

under any circumstances.

Regular
Fees:

• If a
  student withdraws before the start of the academic year 25th August 2025,
  80% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
• If a student
  withdraws within the first month of the school year, 50% of the tuition
  fee will be refunded based on the payment plan selected.
• No
  refunds will be issued if a student withdraws after the first month of the
  school year.
• No
  refunds for tuition payments will be provided for members joining during
  the academic year.

Sibling
discounts are available for students on the Annual or term plans only. All
siblings must be on these plans for the discounts to be available. Please note
the discount will apply to the lowest priced plan.

• A sibling discount of 5% is applied to the second child and any subsequent
  children from the same family,
• A sibling discount of 10% is applied to the third child and any subsequent
  children from the same family.

In the event of a payment default, Tree Yard
International reserves the right to take legal action to recover the
outstanding amount.
The cost of recovery, including legal fees, will be added to the outstanding
balance
A late fee of 2% of the outstanding amount will be charged for payments not
received by the due date.
If the payment is not received within 30 days after the due date, the student
may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding fees are paid.
